Using and Managing Saved Searches

Your saved searches are displayed together, so you can easily run or edit them.

To view and run your saved searches

1. Log in to your account.
2. On the menu, click My Settings.
3. On the My Settings page, under the Account Preferences heading, find your Saved Searches setting.
4. On the Saved Searches page, click the search name to run it.

or

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click into the search box on the catalog
3. Click Saved Searches under the search bar
4. On the Saved Searches page, click the search name to run the search.

Editing a Saved Search

You can edit a search you’ve saved if you want to change some of the search criteria, but don’t want to re-create the entire search again.

To edit a saved search

1. Log in to your account.

There are a couple of different ways to access your saved searches:

2. On the menu, click My Settings.
3. On the My Settings page, under the Account Preferences heading, find your Saved Searches setting.

2. Click into the search box on the catalog
3. Click Saved Searches under the search bar
4. A list of your saved searches will display.   Click View/Manage all Saved Searches at the top of the page.

On the Saved Searches page, find the search name.

5. Click Edit Search to change the search
6. Make any desired changes to the search criteria:
   • If you created your search starting with the search box at the top of the page, apply or remove search options, as appropriate.
   • If you created your original search criteria on the advanced search page, add or remove the criteria you want to change.
7. Click Save Search.
8. If you would prefer to save the search with a new name, type the name.  
9. Click Save.  If you choose to keep the same name, you will see a message  asking you to confirm that it will be replaced with the new search criteria.

Note:  If you change the search keywords, you are creating a new search, rather than editing your old one.

Deleting a Saved Search

If you no longer require a search you’ve saved, you can delete it from your list of saved searches.

To delete a saved search

1. Log in to your account.

3. On the My Settings page, under the Account Preferences heading, find your Saved Searches setting.

2. Click into the search box on the catalog
3. Click Saved Searches under the search bar
4. A list of your saved searches will display.   Click View/Manage all Saved Searches at the top of the page to delete a saved search

On the Saved Searches page, click the check box next to the search name. You can select more than one if required.  You can select all by clicking the check box at the top of the list.

5. Click Delete.
